Members of the BYU Men's Chorus "traded their ties for tools" this past week and volunteered their time to help Habitat for Humanity renovate a home in Orem for a low-income family in our community. The renowned 180 member Chorus finished their week of service by holding a beautiful benefit concert for the local Habitat affiliate at Heritage School, raising over $1,100 for the organization. Special thanks to the Chorus members for sharing their time and talents and to Rosalind Hall, Abe Collier, Morgan Crockett, Heritage School, Scott Daniel, Jeremy Andrus, Tami Harris, and Scenicview Academy for making the wonderful evening of music possible.

RUNNING IN THE HALLS OF UVU
Over 80 community members ran or walked the halls of Utah Valley University on February 25th as part of UVU’s Fourth Annual No Snow Indoor 5K benefitting Habitat for Humanity of Utah County. Orem City Mayor, Jim Evans, was there to cheer the participants on. We would like to thank the UVU Volunteer and Service Learning Center for planning and sponsoring
this annual fundraiser for the UVU Habitat Home. Thanks also to UVU's Wellness Education Programs, the UVU Adventure Resource Center, Jamba Juice, PRSSA, and Val Hale for making the yearly event possible.
