BRIMHALL ESTATES BEGINS . . . FINALLY!

Habitat for Humanity of Utah County's first ever planned unit development was unveiled this past Thursday during a kickoff celebration at the project site. The Brimhall Estates project, located at 558 East 300 South in Provo, will include the renovation of a historic home (the green house) and the construction of two new infill homes. The project, which brings together three important elements - neighborhood revitalization, historic preservation and homeownership, was named in honor of Warren Brimhall, a long time Provo Fire Marshal, who lived his entire live in "green house". We are excited to finally start this project after waiting two plus years for city approval. Special thanks to Bank of American Fork, Warren Brimhall Family, Dynamic Structures, Gardner & Associates, Excel Engineering, Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle, Ferguson, Habitat for Humanity International, Housing Authority of Utah County, Howard Workman Family, Hunter Douglas, Karren Family, McCoy’s Flooring, Furniture & Cabinets, National Trust for Historic Preservation, Provo City, Rural Housing Development Corporation, Utah Valley Consortium of Cities and County, Valspar, Whirlpool and WPA Architecture for making this project a reality!
