Habitat for Humanity of Utah County and the Habitat for Humanity ReStore Home Improvement Outlet celebrated the completion of its new building with a ribbon cutting celebration and grand opening sale this past weekend. Over 75 local community and government leaders and Habitat supporters attended the ribbon cutting event hosted by the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce followed by building tours, music, and refreshments on Thursday morning. In addition to the ribbon cutting event, the ReStore held a grand opening sale Thursday, Friday and Saturday and gave away free balloons, popcorn, and a lot of great prizes including a kitchen full of cabinets provided by McCoy's Flooring, Furniture and Cabinets. To help promote the grand opening, three local radio stations provided live remotes through out the weekend! It was a fabulous weekend of fun and celebration! If you missed the fun, come check out our new digs at 340 South Orem Blvd., Orem!
