HABITAT UNVEILS MOBILE TOOL LIBRARY AT RAINY MAESER PLANTING PROJECT

During a spring rainstorm this past Saturday, Habitat for Humanity of Utah County unveiled its new Provo City Mobile Tool Library in conjunction with the Maeser Neighborhood Plant Your Heart Out event. Maeser Residents, despite the rain and cold, used the new library tools to plant trees and plants at three residences on the 300 East and 200 South block.

The Provo Neighborhood Mobile Tool Library was made possible by Community Development Block Grant Funding (CDBG) from Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and lends out specialized tools and landscaping equipment for general cleanup and basic outdoor projects to community residents for free living in Provo. The tool library will be available on Saturday mornings and some evenings through the end of September and can be transported to various neighborhood locations upon request.
