A Day to Partner with a Queen!

Miss Utah, Karlie Major, and female employees from many of Habitat’s corporate sponsors volunteered their time at the National Women Build site yesterday in Orem. Volunteers finished the drywall and worked on installing exterior siding at the home currently being built with the Fisiipeau family. Local real estate professional and Women Build committee member, Melissa Blackburn, provided a delicious lunch, and Jon Schmick, the new pastor at the American Fork Presbyterian Church, gave a thought provoking devotional during lunch time. This is the first year Habitat has held “Partner’s Day” during the annual build week.
