Democratic and Republican Women and Bank and Credit Union employees joined to together to make a difference in their community yesterday at Habitat's National Women Build Week Build Site in Provo. Democratic and Republican Women worked with Cedar Hills City Council Member, Jenny Rees, and special guest, Noelle Pikus Pace, in the morning. Local financial institution employees braved the rain and cold in the afternoon to work on the home. Orem City Council member and longtime Habitat supporter, Karen McCandless, shared some inspiring remarks at lunch time about the importance of women serving in the community.
