Habitat’s construction and neighborhood revitalization staff members worked with Orem City and Leathers and Associates employees and close to 5,000 volunteers to build the first ever All Together Playground in Orem this past week. The employees spent 80+ hours over seven days to complete the 18,000 square foot all abilities playground in the Orem City Center Park. Habitat also provided all the tools for the project, helped to coordinate volunteers, and secured important sponsors and subcontractors. Habitat is very grateful to be part of this important community project and looks forward to the playground opening at the beginning of October!
