Habitat for Humanity of Utah County was honored last week by the Utah County Health Department and the Utah County Commission for our work in helping to keep our community healthy through our affordable housing and critical home repair programs, our radon awareness initiative, and our recycling and reuse efforts.
Ralph Clegg, the Director of the Health Department, presented Habitat staff members with the "Friends of Public Health" Award at the County Commission Meeting on Tuesday as part of National Public Health Week. It was nice to be recognized for our efforts in the the community.
