Habitat for Humanity of Utah County brought its Mobile Tool Library to a landscaping project in Provo's Timp Neighborhood on Saturday. Habitat staff helped neighborhood volunteers install a sprinkling system at a resident's home and put bark around the trees in the parking strips throughout the neighborhood.
