Forty four Lowe's employees and other community members (mostly women) joined soon to be homeowners Lee and Tia Webb to install siding, hang doors, lay sub floor and paint exterior trim at the Webb's new Habitat home last Saturday as part Habitat International's Second Annual National Women Build Day. The local Habitat affiliate received a $5,000 grant from Lowe's for participating in this nationwide event in honor of Mother's Day. Special thanks to the local Lowe's stores for supporting this event and providing training for those participating.
