Habitat partner families and volunteers kicked off this summer’s parade season this past weekend at the Springville Art City Days Parade. Parade walkers walked alongside the Habitat’s “float” (aka the ReStore box truck) and handed out flyers and taffy to the enormous parade crowd. Habitat plans to participate in five community parades throughout the summer. Parade walkers are always needed. Contact Liesl at liesl@habitatuc.org for more information.
