Collecting Paint!

Habitat for Humanity of Utah County collected over 5,000 gallons of useable paint for our paint recycling program at last weekend’s Household Hazardous Waste Collection event at the Provo Towne Centre. Habitat recycles paint and sells it at our Orem and Spanish Fork ReStores with profit going to our local affordable housing mission. This annual event is always very beneficial and helps us protect the environment, promote reuse, and raise needed funding for our mission. Special thanks to Utah County Health Department for sponsoring the event and giving Habitat the opportunity to participate every year.
