Habitat for Humanity of Utah County joined Lindon Home Depot associates to help a local Veteran in need this past week. Volunteers from Team Depot, The Home Depot’s associate-led volunteer force, and other community members, including Naval Recruiters, helped to renovate the home of Marine Corps Veteran Kent Hinkson and his family in Orem. Volunteers were treated with a special lunches provided by Special Courses, a local food truck owned by an area Veteran and his wife, and Chick Fil A. Flag Poles for a Cause also installed a flag pole at the property. We appreciate The Home Depot Foundation and Orem City CDBG program for making this beneficial project possible.
