Habitat for Humanity of Utah County is partnering again this year with the Utah County Health Department to bring awareness about the dangers of radon gas and the importance of testing to the community. The organizations are sponsoring an informational garage booth inside one of the Utah Valley Parade of Homes homes, built by Chatwin Homes, in Provo from June 7-23, 2018. We also are providing "green" booties for those touring the home. Green is the color used to promote radon nationally. We appreciate the Utah Valley Home Builders Association for generously providing us the booth free of charge. It is a great opportunity to share information about the cancer causing gas and encourage testing. To find out more about radon, look online at www.habitatuc.org/radon.htm.
